How fleet data connects to Planara

Fleet data enables several features:

  1. Scoped retrieval -- queries in the context of a specific unit use that unit's equipment type to scope document retrieval
  2. Service reminders -- proactive alerts when units approach service intervals
  3. Telemetry monitoring -- when connected via integrations, real-time data flows into the technician dashboard
  4. Owner notifications -- automated messages to equipment owners about upcoming service needs
