First Login
How to access your Planara backoffice workspace for the first time.
Accessing the backoffice
The backoffice is a web application. Your workspace URL follows this pattern:
https://backoffice.planara.com/{your-namespace}For example, if your namespace is acme-marine, you would visit https://backoffice.planara.com/acme-marine.
Authentication
Planara uses passwordless auth with magic link login. When you first receive access:
- You will receive an email invitation with a magic link.
- Click the link to authenticate -- no password is required.
- You will be redirected to your workspace dashboard.
Your access level depends on your role:
| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Super Admin | Full access to all namespaces and system settings |
| Tenant Admin | Full access to their namespace -- documents, evals, roles, settings, users |
| User | Query access only -- can use the technician/owner frontend |
What you see first
After login, you land on the Overview Dashboard. If this is a new workspace, you will see the Getting Started Checklist prompting you to:
- Upload your first document
- Run your first eval
- Invite team members
- Configure CKL (compliance layer)
Each item links directly to the relevant page. Complete all four to dismiss the checklist.
Troubleshooting
- Magic link expired -- links expire after 24 hours. Request a new one from your admin.
- "Not Found" on namespace URL -- confirm the namespace is spelled correctly and that the tenant exists in the system.
- No access after clicking link -- your user account may not be assigned to this namespace. Contact your tenant admin.
